Must have proven track record of accomplishments plus have attained financial targets. Career foundation in Sales and Marketing and prefer experience dealing with multiple types of distribution channels and manage employees in a multi-plant union manufacturing operation.


Division President - OH

Salary - $135K to $160K + Bonus Package

Education – BSBA/BS Any + MBA Preferred

Description – Overall leadership, development and execution of the strategic direction for the company. Should have experience in the Building Products industry with strong sales acumen and have built successful teams. Company sells to Home Builders and dealers. Should have effective strategic thinking and tactical execution with full profit and loss responsibility.


Regional Human Resources Manager – Atlanta, GA

Salary - $90K to $110K + 15% Bonus

Education – BSBA, BS Labor Relations + MBA

Description –10 years experience in Human Resources with background in Staffing, Employee and Labor relations, Employment law and compliance, Compensation, Benefits, Training and Development.


Operations Manager – Southern New Jersey

Salary - $85K to $95K + 15% Bonus

Education – BSBA, BSME + MBA Preferred

Description – 10 years in production/operations management in consumer product manufacturing. Must have both managerial and technical skills in production management, quality systems, batch processing and packaging operations including OSHA and cGMP regulations. Will supervise Self-Managed Teams and support effective continuous improvement. Promotion within 3 years to Plant Manager.


Director of Sales & Marketing – Heavy Manufacturing - IA

Salary - $115K to $125K + 20% Bonus

Education – BS Sales/Marketing + MBA

Description – Must be from the Steel Fabrication/Foundry industry with 10 years experience in heavy manufacturing. Will be responsible for coordinating the creation and placement of advertising, exhibiting in trade shows, literature and point-of-sale materials, company internet properties, public relations, etc.


Senior Account/Sales Manager - MA

Salary - $80K to $95K + 10% Bonus

Education – BSBA, BS Engineering

Description – Identify and develop new customers for custom injection molding services. Will develop a comprehensive sales strategy designed to identify opportunities to provide value added service. Provide sales contact with customers. Work with product and manufacturing engineering to meet customer requirements.


Accounting Manager - MA

Salary - $60K to $75K + Bonus

Education – BS Accounting + MBA Preferred

Description – Reporting to Plant Controller, should have 5 years in Accounting Management with proven skills in accounts receivable, collection, billing and account resolution. Should know SAP, Manufacturing Accounting, Sarbanes Ocley Compliance skills, etc.


HR Manager – MO

Salary – To $75K

Education – BSHR, BSBA, BS Management

Description – 3 plus years in a manufacturing facility in Human Resources. Should have exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, etc. and some knowledge of labor relations. Responsible for leading to Human Resources process including Performance Management, Leadership Development, Staffing, Reward and Recognition, Safety, HR policies, EEO policies + EHS.


Corporate Controller – Raleigh, NC

Salary - $100K to $105K + $30K Bonus

Education – BS Accounting + MBA _ CPA

Description – Minimum of 10 years experience in Manufacturing Corporate environment with multi-plant experience. Will report to President and have in-depth knowledge of implementation and maintaining supply chain management processes. Must know cost accounting with job costing of configured products. Experience in implementation of inventory control systems. Will partner with senior management to lead an organization in strategic and tactical goals. Should know process management skills including Six-Sigma, TQM, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing and ISO.
